Brief description

LiveDOK

LiveDOK is the intelligent digital tool for plant documentation. It is used in the petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as by plant constructors, the manufacturing industry, logistics enterprises and power plant operators.

This training shows documentation managers, planners and maintenance teams how documentation with LiveDOK can always be kept up to date. ProDOK users are also shown how the networking of ProDOK and LiveDOK works, and the added value this brings.


Aim

Effective use of the LiveDOK client, LiveDOK manager and LiveDOK package administration (ProDOK)


Target group
  • Users who wish to use digital plant documentations without media discontinuity with LiveDOK
  • People who are responsible for the documentation of one or more plants
  • Planners who need to process in ProDOK changes that have been made with LiveDOK

Participation requirements
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Basic knowledge of ProDOK (only for LiveDOK package administration)

  • Adminstering WebDokus
  • Searching and filtering in a WebDoku
  • Creating redlining entries
  • Using document status
  • Creating packages with changed documents
  • Updating a WebDoku with packages / synchronization
  • Working with an offline WebDoku
  • Practical exercises

Number of participants

In order to ensure maximum training success, the number of participants is limited to eight persons.


Participation fees
  • € 500.00 per seminar and participant booked, not incl. statutory VAT
  • Drinks for refreshment and lunches are included in the price.

Invoicing and payment

Invoicing on receipt of order, payment strictly net within 10 days of invoice date


Cancellation

Cancellation of training registrations is only possible if made in writing up to 14 days before the seminar commencement date. In the case of later cancellations or non-attendance, the full participation fee will be charged. There is the possibility of naming a substitute participant.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the training.
